Shipping policy

All orders are processed and shipped usually same day or next business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped.

If there is a delay caused by a large number of orders, we kindly request your patience and understanding as we may require a few extra days to deliver. Rest assured, we will promptly inform you of any significant or unforeseen delays in the shipment process.

If your package encounters any delays caused by holidays, weather, customs, or any unexpected events during shipping, please contact the postal service to inquire about your delivery.

Modesty Muslimah is not liable for any lost or stolen packages. If you haven't received your package within the given timeframe, please contact the postal service.

If you need to change the shipping address for an order that you've just placed but hasn't been shipped yet, please get in touch with us right away. Our processing time is fast, which usually takes 1 business days, so it's important to act quickly. However, if your order has already been shipped before you made the request, it will be delivered to the address you initially provided during the purchase. In case the order is returned due to an incorrect address, please note that the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost to the new address. Unfortunately, shipping fees are non-refundable at this time.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping is free for U.S. orders over $150.00. For all orders below U.S. $150.00 the shipping cost is based upon item weight and calculated during checkout. Your order will arrive at your doorstep within 2-8 business days once it has been shipped.

If you need your items quickly, we offer express and expedited shipping options for those last-minute essentials.

Overnight delivery is exclusively available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

International Shipping Rates and Estimates

For our international customers, we offer expedited and express shipping for faster delivery times, with rates based on your order's weight and calculated at checkout. Please note that shipping times may vary by country.

When ordering from outside the US, please be aware that additional customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. For more information on these fees, please contact your postal office. We cannot refund orders that are refused due to customs fees or delayed due to carrier or postal hold. Modesty Muslimah is not liable for any fees issued.

Your order may be subject to custom fees, import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Modesty Muslimah is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. In case of any delays caused by the carrier or postal holds in the customer's country, Modesty Muslimah cannot be held responsible for them

Should you choose to reject a shipment because of unexpected fees, please note that we reserve the right to deduct shipping and other relevant charges from your refund.

Modesty Muslimah will not be held accountable for any parcels that customers refuse to pay customs fees for. We will not provide a refund for any orders that have not been returned to our facility. We cannot be held responsible for any fees imposed by customs that have not been paid by the customer. Additionally, Modesty Muslimah is not responsible for any delays in shipment caused by the carrier or postal holds imposed by the customer's country.

Once your order has been dispatched, an email notification will be sent to you along with a tracking number for packages eligible for tracking at checkout. This tracking number will enable you to monitor the status of your order. Kindly allow 48 hours from the date of dispatch for the tracking information to be accessible.
