To measure your hips, wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks. Ensure that the tape is parallel to the ground. Note down the measurement in both centimeters (cm) and inches (in).

Measuring Your Height

For height measurement, stand against a wall with your back straight and your feet together. Place a ruler or measuring tape against the wall, starting from the floor and extending up to the top of your head. Measure your height in both feet (ft) and inches (in).

Choosing the Right Size
